Marshall Corporation is the parent company of Marshall Education, Course Navigation, Marshall Workwear and Marshall Digital.
The group does not make its companies the same. Each keeps its own name, its own specialists and its own way of serving its customers, because training a lead auditor, preparing a drilling crew, specifying protective equipment and building software are different disciplines.
What the group provides is the line they are all measured from: a shared standard for how work is done and how it is judged. It is the red line that runs through the structure at the top of this page, and through every company in the group.
Rooted in energy, built on safety.
Marshall’s story began in 2014 in the Netherlands, with a consultancy providing management and health, safety and environment (HSE) services to oil and gas projects, mainly in Africa and the Middle East.
The founding team brought decades of HSE management experience from across Europe. That grounding in safety and compliance shaped the way the business worked, and it still does.
As the energy sector changed, the work widened: from project management and engineering support to training, compliance and renewable energy. The companies in the group today carry that experience into their own fields, and in oil and gas Marshall works in partnership with Winex, Metron and M77.
