Who this notice covers

This notice applies to marshallcorporation.com, operated by Marshall Corporation. Marshall Education, Course Navigation, Marshall Workwear and Marshall Digital each run their own websites and are responsible for the information collected there; their own privacy notices apply on those sites.

What we collect

• Emails. This site has no forms. If you email one of the addresses on the contact page, the company you write to receives your name, email address and whatever your message contains.
• Technical information. Like any website, the servers that host this site record basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.

How we use it

We use the details in your email only to read and reply to it, including passing it to the Marshall company best placed to help if it concerns that company. We use technical information to operate and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in keeping the site secure, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement.

Who we share it with

Emails may be shared with the relevant Marshall company, and with service providers that host this website or our email on our behalf, who may only use it to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

The Marshall companies operate in more than one country. Where an email is passed to a company in another country, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete it. Server request logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
